5.Deployment phase: After the development and testing phase are carried out successfully, the bots are deployed into the production environment.
After the deployment, customers can use the bot and provide their feedback.However, if there are any issues that have been resurfaced, then the bots will be sent back to the development and testing phase to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Once the issues pertaining to bots are completely resolved, they are moved on to the next phase that isthe execution phase.
6.Execution phase: bots are executed to generate results as expected by the development and testing team. Bots are checked in order to ensure that the implementation has taken place as per the customers’ requirements.
7.Support and maintenance phase: In this phase, the concerned team will provide support and maintenance to the customers for any queries or defects arising out of the application.
